Welcome to A Class Faces. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, online store, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or purchasing from A Class Faces, you agree to these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.
1. About A Class Faces
A Class Faces offers professional skincare products, including PCA SKIN® products, to help you achieve healthy, radiant skin. All products, descriptions, pricing, and policies outlined below are subject to change at any time at our discretion.
2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility
To use our Services or make purchases, you must:

You are responsible for all activities under your account.
3. Product Information & Availability
We make every effort to ensure product details are accurate. However, product packaging, ingredients, or images may differ slightly from what appears online. All products are subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time without notice.
4. Orders & Payments

Order Acceptance: Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted once payment is processed and confirmed.

Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled before shipping if they have not been staged or packed for shipment. To request cancellation, email info@aclassfaces.com.

Payments: By submitting payment information, you confirm it is valid, authorized, and accurate.
5. PCA Return Policy
All product returns require prior approval. Please email info@aclassfaces.com with your request. Someone will contact you within 24–48 hours.

Eligibility: Unused, unopened, or unmarked products may be returned for product credit only within 30 days of purchase.

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

Non-Refundable Costs: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

No Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective:

Email info@aclassfaces.com with photos of the damaged product.

We will review and respond within 24–48 hours.

A replacement will be sent within 48 hours after review.
Important: Refunds will not be issued for damaged or defective products; replacements only.
7. Shipping & Delivery Policies
General Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS within 5 business days after purchase.

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
Shipping Information Accuracy
The customer is responsible for providing the correct:

Mailing address (including apartment/unit numbers)

Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned due to:

An incorrect or incomplete shipping address, OR

The customer not being available for delivery
…the customer is responsible for:

Return shipping costs, AND
-
Re-delivery costs
No refunds will be issued for packages delivered incorrectly due to customer error.
Lost or Stolen Packages
A Class Faces is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided. Upon request, we will:

Provide tracking information

Share shipping carrier details for further investigation by the customer
8. Intellectual Property
All content, including logos, images, text, and designs on our Services, belongs to A Class Faces or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not reproduce or use our materials without written consent.
