PCA Return Policy
All product returns require prior approval by A CLASS FACES. Please email info@aclassfaces.com  (mailto:info@aclassfaces.com%20)and someone will be in contact with you within 24-48 hours.
Unused, unopened or unmarked product may be returned for product credit within 30 days of the purchase date and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Only product costs are subject to product credit; shipping and handling costs will not be reimbursed.
 
Canceling An Order
Although we do not accept any returns or exchanges, you may cancel prior to it being shipped if it has not been packed or staged for shipping.
 
Damaged or Defective Products
Damaged or defective products may be returned to A Class Faces after contacting us. Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product to info@aclassfaces.com  (mailto:info@aclassfaces.com%20)and someone will be in contact with you within 24-48 hours.
A replacement will be sent out with 48 hours of receiving email. However, there will be
No Refunds issued.
