Lash Strip Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Due to sanitary reasons, items cannot be returned.
We do not offer refunds unless the wrong item(s) has been shipped.
If this is the case please email email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include your name, picture of items, and tracking number.
PCA Return Policy
All product returns require prior approval by A CLASS FACES. Please email and someone will be in contact with you within 24-48 hours.
Unused, unopened or unmarked product may be returned for product credit within 30 days of the purchase date and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Only product costs are subject to product credit; shipping and handling costs will not be reimbursed.
Canceling An Order
Although we do not accept any returns or exchanges, you may cancel prior to your order has been processed and shipped. Once an order has processed and shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Products
Damaged or defective products may be returned to A Class Faces after contacting us. Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product to and someone will be in contact with you within 24-48 hours.
A replacement will be sent out with 48 hours of receiving email. However, there will be
No Refunds issued.
General Shipping Policy
We ship all orders via USPS within 2 business days after order is placed. Once order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Purchaser is responsible for providing:
Correct email address
Correct mailing address (apt, unit etc.)

We are not responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.
Lost or Stolen Packages
A Class Faces is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
